Delete your 5K account

Players of 5K, the card game, who sign in with Google Play Games have an optional 5K account. You can delete it at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

Open 5K, tap Settings (the gear in the corner of the home screen), and under Account tap Delete my account, then Delete. The account is deleted from the server straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my 5K account”, and include your Play Games name (and your 5K nickname, if you set one) so we can find the account. It's deleted within 30 days, and you'll get a reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• your Play Games player ID (the ID Google gives you for 5K)
• your Play Games name and your 5K nickname
• when the account was created and last signed in to

That's everything the account holds, and nothing is kept afterwards. Accounts nobody has signed in to for two years are also deleted automatically.

Your stats, rewards and saved games are stored only on your phone, not in the account, so deleting the account doesn't touch them. Uninstalling the app deletes them. Your Google Play Games profile itself is managed by Google, in the Play Games app.
